18K White Gold 2.00 Carat Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace

18K white gold heart shaped pendant measuring 21.6/19.6mm by 12.8mm deep not including a gimbaled chain loop at the top. The front domed surface of the heart is pave set with full cut diamonds as described below with additional diamonds set on the front of the chain loop. The back of the pendant is embellished with random heart shaped french piercing. The pendant suspends on a medium gauge 18 karat white gold oval link chain 18 inches in length secured by a spring catch.
