Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new find! 

All full priced merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date or in store purchase date.  The item must be in its original condition, have all original tags still attached and include all original accessories and documentation.  

Please note: we are not able to credit shipping charges.

Discounted items or items purchased using store credit are a final sale.

Return Your Items:

  2. Package the item(s) securely with all original accessories, documentation and packaging.  Make sure all of the items are in the original condition and all of the tags still attached with the item. Please include a copy of the original invoice.

Returns generally take 1-3 business days to process once the item arrives at our store.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed containing items from our regular merchandise are eligible for cancellation provided they have not yet been processed for shipment.  If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your request.  

New Arrival Cancellations: Items from our New Arrival section are not eligible for cancellations and are subject to our standard exchange only return policy.
