One 14 karat white gold heart shaped pendant with domed front and french pierced back. The domed front is pave set with faceted round fancy pink sapphires contrasted by full cut diamonds with additional diamonds set on the front of the chain loop and one diamond tube set at the base of the chain loop. The pendant measures 20.0mm wide by 19.0mm high (28.5mm including chain loop) by 7.5mm deep. The pendant suspends on a medium/fine gauge 14 karat white gold curb link chain 1.3mm wide measuring 16 inches in length secured by a spring catch.
